Packaging process:

Full inspection:
Before packaging, all fabrics must first be quality inspected on the fabric inspection machine to ensure that there are no defects, stains or damage. At the same time, check whether the width, color and pattern of the fabric meet the order requirements.

Rolling:
The front of the fabric faces inward, with a thickened paper tube inside, and rolls it flat and orderly on the machine.

Cutting and subpackaging:
According to the order requirements, cut the fabric into the required number of meters.
Package the cut fabric according to quantity for easy handling and counting.

Packaging materials:
A slightly thicker plastic bag is placed inside, and a thick woven bag is wrapped outside to play a waterproof and anti-fouling effect.
For wrinkle-prone or expensive fabrics, vacuum packaging or anti-wrinkle paper can be used.

Marking and labeling:
A roll mark and a package mark are affixed to each package according to customer requirements, indicating the product name, specifications, quantity, cylinder number and other information.

Based on the data of the roll, sort out the spreadsheet and send it to the customer for confirmation.
Shipping process
Before shipping, reconfirm the order details, such as whether the customer has confirmed the ship sample and trade terms to ensure that they are correct.
